UNDER ‘FREEDOM FORM HUNGER  STAMP PLAN, ALSO SPONSORED BY F.A.O., INDIA DONATED 1,00,000 STAMPS AS HER CONTRIBUTION TOWARDS CAMPAIGN FUND. THIS ISSUE PUBLICISES THE CAMPAIGN. THE STAMP FEATURES THE EMBLEM OF SUCCOUR GIVING FAO AND HANDS REACHING FOR IT.
