TO MARK THE CENTENARY OF THE EVENT, FOUR POSTAGE STAMPS DEPICTING THE EARLIER AND MODERN MODES OF TRANSPORTATION OF MAIL WERE ISSUED IN FOUR DENOMINATION OF 1 ANNA, 2 ANNAS, 4 ANNAS AND 14 ANNAS
